The Polish Railway Market announced today that Adam Purwin, the former Chief of Finance at PKP CARGO SA (since November 2013, acting CEO) has been elected CEO.
This decision was made after a recruitment process with an anonymous decision of the Supervisory Board.
We congratulate the new CEO wishing many successes.

Yesterday in Warsaw an important shareholder's meeting at the Polish rail freight forwarder TRADE TRANS was held. Mr. Dariusz Daniluk was appointed as a Chief Executive Officer. For many yeares Mr. Dariusz Daniluk has been employed as executive in a banking sector. From now on he will manage the largest rail freight forwarding company TRADE TRANS from PKP CARGO Logistics group.

Trade Trans Group established on 27th of November, a new freight forwarding company in Croatia. The company was registered under the name Trade Trans d o.o. Zagreb. Senad Mujagić and Milan Pućko have been appointed as directors of the company. Both directors together with representative of chamber of commerce Ivan Borković visited Polish Trade Trans companies on the 28th of November.

Trade Trans Terminal in Curtici was tasked with new challenges.
It concerns distribution of wood particleboard for furniture production. Within 8 hours a train composition of 26 wagons has been unladed. Cargo will be delivered by trucks to Serbia, Croatia, Hungary and Slovakia.
Rapid unloading occurred thanks to good organization prepared by the company Board and Mr. Alin Timoce.

General Meeting of Shareholders PS TRADE TRANS decided yesterday to remove CEO Sylwester Pruchniewski.
Vice President, Eugen Tudor will take over CEO duties until the election of new CEO.
