Recently Polish rail forwarding company PS TRADE TRANS has been dealing with preparation and execution of transports for implementation of large infrastructure projects in Poland.

Since November 5th, 2014 the joint venture "Amber Rail A.S." (50% Spedition Trade Trans / 50% GySEV Cargo) has got a new member of the Management Board. Peter Schöberl (42) is going to execute his duties as operational member of the Management Board.

On November 10th, 2014 TRADE TRANS and LUKA KOPER signed the purchase agreement to take over 33,33% stocks in company RAILPORT ARAD. Thus TRADE TRANS has currently 2/3 shares and RAIL CARGO HUNGARIA has 1/3 shares. This takeover will allow for the expansion of the container terminal. With an investment of approximately 9 million EUR it will be possible to build 4 additional railway tracks with a length over 650 m. Furthermore, a new container crane will be installed and the concrete surface will be increased by 26.000 m2.

Since October 2014, Polish forwarding company Trade Trans Log has been able to use a simplified customs procedure which is considered a leading process in the European Union. This approval was granted by the Director of the Customs Chamber in Warsaw. With the simplified customs procedure customers gain major time benefits - no customs clearance executed by customs officer and awaiting for customs decision for max. 2 hours.
