At the beginning of June we informed about formation of company Amber Rail, a.s. as subsidiary of Trade Trans Holding, a.s. and the GYSEV CARGO Zrt.
About the new company informed also several European transport media, such as the Austrian "Verkehr" and the Swiss "International Transport Journal" - attached.

Working for a long time in the transportation market company in Koper, Rail Cargo Adria d.o.o, was recently renamed to Trade Trans Adriatic and got a new manager.
It now started quite strong with a big order for the rail transport services - see attached photos. The rails are transported from Linz in Austria by train to the port of Koper. There, the further transport is organized by ships to Algiers from Trade Trans Adriatic.

Trade Trans Log d.o.o. was established in Banja Luka in May 2014 as a regional freight forwarding, to comply with the requirements of major customers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It guarantees a direct collaboration with the local railway company, providing various logistics services together with the parent company in Zagreb.

Like every year Polish truck forwarder Trade Trans Log organized meeting with their business partners. This time the event took place in Czarny Groń not far from Andrychów (south of Katowice/Krakow). At dinner guests enjoyed the music of highlanders and great tunes of a cover band. Discussions and exchange of experience lasted until dawn. All the participants had a great humor and have been entertained in an excellent mood. The weather was excellent - as always.

Since May 1, 2014, after the resignation of Mr. Dariusz Daniluk only one director, Mr. Eugene Tudor as Vice Chairman of the Board, was responsible for the Polish rail freight forwarder Trade Trans.
On June 10, 2014, an extraordinary shareholders meeting was held in Warsaw, where two new Managing Directors have been nominated:

• Mr. Marcin Wower as CEO,
• Mr. Robert Jaworski as a board member.

After long preparation recently in Bratislava have been registered Amber Rail, a.s. as subsidiary of Trade Trans Holding, a.s. and the GYSEV CARGO Zrt. The company carries on block train complying activity primarily on the North-South railway freight corridor. The parent companies are adding their best practices and merging the joint venture enterprise, Trade Trans from the field of freight forwarding, GYSEV CARGO from the field of railway freight transport.
