Sale of shares of Polish rail freight forwarder Trade Trans to PKP CARGO

On 5 February 2015, representatives of Trade Trans and PKP Cargo signed a sale agreement of the shares of Polish rail forwarding PS Trade Trans. Thus, PKP CARGO SA became 100% owner of the former joint venture. Trade Trans thanks PKP CARGO for 25 years of partnership.

Trade Trans continues to be represented in Poland by Trade Trans Log, throughout which the activities of the TT group will be concentrated. In this moment this company have more than 100 employees in various locations of Poland. The turnover is about 50 million EUR. This year TRADE TRANS LOG celebrates the 20th anniversary.

Trade Trans będzie w Polsce nadal reprezentowany przez firmę spedycyjną Trade Trans Log, w ramach której będzie koncentrowana aktywność Grupy Trade Trans.
Firma Trade Trans Log zatrudnia obecnie ponad 100 pracowników w różnych regionach Polski. Jej obroty wynoszą ok. 50 mln EUR. W bieżącym roku TRADE TRANS LOG świętować będzie swój 20 letni jubileusz.
