PKP CARGO as GCU in Austria

On 19 March 2012 the company PKP CARGO S.A. obtained the safety certificate "Part B" and thus accessed to the rail network of ÖBB infrastructure.
The certificate was presented in Vienna to the Board of PKP CARGO by the representatives of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology.
This approach is a further step towards to the possibility that PKP Cargo can operate railway transport in several countries in Central and Western Europe.

Marketing and organization of these transport is under the competence of PKP Cargo International, a.s.

19 marca 2012 roku PKP CARGO otrzymalo certyfikat bezpieczenstwa „Czesc B“, ktory oznacza dostep do sieci kolei austriackich.
Certyfikat zostal przekazany Zarzadowi PKP CARGO przez przedstawiciela austriackiego odpowiednika Urzedu Transportu Kolejowego (Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Innovation und Technologie).
Zdobycie tego certyfikatu bezpieczeństwa stanowi kolejny krok na drodze do umożliwienia PKP CARGO realizacji przewozów przez jednego przewoźnika na terytorium Centralnej i Zachodniej Europy.
