Further information about the fish restaurant at the Vienna Karmelitermarkt

In late July, we already reported about a new, fish kitchen part of the restaurant Marktachterl at the at the Vienna Karmelitermarkt (Carmelite Market). The Austrian newspaper Standard writes in the release of 19 August 2011 of "dishes inspired by the cuisine of Istria, very good Slovene olive oil, a large selection of bread, which is clearly better than what you would expect in general from the premises of Istria".
We hope that the article with detailed description of our cuisine will be a signal for some of our readers to visit this fish restaurant.

Dalsze informacje o restauracji rybnej na wiedeńskim Rynku Karmelitów

Pod koniec lipca informowaliśmy już o nowej części restauracji Marktachterl z kuchnia rybną na wiedeńskim Karmelitermarkt (Rynku Karmelitów). Austriacka gazeta Standard pisze teraz w wydaniu z 19 sierpnia 2011 roku o „potrawach zainspirowanych kuchnią z Istrii, bardzo dobrym słoweńskim oleju z oliwek, dużym wyborem chleba, co jest wyraźnie lepsze od tego, czego można byłoby spodziewać się ogólnie od lokalu z Istrii”.
Mamy nadzieję, że załączony artykuł ze szczegółowym opisem serwowanych potraw będzie sygnałem dla naszych niektórych czytelników do odwiedzenia tej restauracji rybnej.
