Chairman of the Board of PKP CARGO SA resigns

Polish media informed yesterday, the 28th January 2013, that Wojciech Balczun, CEO of PKP Cargo SA resigned on 5 Anniversary of taking chairman position.

As a reason for this decision, need for a new professional challenge was given. This situation should not affect planned IPO entry of PKP CARGO SA.

The former commercial board, Marek Zaleśny will temporarily cover exempt function.

Prezes Zarządu PKP CARGO S.A. rezygnuje ze stanowiska

28 stycznia 2013 roku polskie media poinformowały, że Wojciech Balczun, Prezes Zarządu PKP CARGO S.A. zrezygnował ze stanowiska w 5 rocznicę jego objęcia.

Jako przyczynę ustąpienia podał potrzebę podjęcia nowych wyzwań. Sytuacja ta nie powinna mieć żadnego wpływu na planowane wejście PKP CARGO S.A. na giełdę.

Zwolnione stanowisko obejmie tymczasowo Marek Zaleśny, dotychczasowy członek zarządu ds. handlowych.
