Trade Trans Invest, a.s. is a holding company of trade trans Group which headquaters is located in Bratislava.

The trade trans foundation in Vienna is owner of the trade trans holding company, whose headquaters are also located in Vienna.

In Poland trade trans is a joint venture company with the Polish state railways (PKP), in Italy with the Polish state railways (PKP) and Italian state railways (FS). trade trans has in addition to this joint ventures with the Hungarian Railway (MAV) and the Raaber Railway (ROeEE).
